Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Agreement") govern the use of the website builder, management panel and related digital services provided by Larigo Ltd ("Larigo", "Company", "we"). By visiting the www.larigo.ai website or subscribing to our services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

Larigo provides the following services:

• SaaS-based professional website creation and hosting
• Content management through the admin panel
• Corporate email service
• Domain registration and management (optional)
• SSL certificate
• Technical support

• Monthly Plan: 500 TL/month
• Annual Plan: 3,500 TL/year
• Domain Fee (.com): 750 TL (for those who do not already own a domain; added to the first month on monthly plans, included in the year on annual plans)

• Payments are securely collected via Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically; cancellation requests must be made before the renewal date
• Prices include VAT

For subscriptions that constitute digital services, a refund may be requested within 14 days from the date the service is activated. Refund requests must be made in writing to [email protected].

When using our services, you agree to comply with the following rules:

• You are responsible for the security of your account information
• You will not publish illegal, harmful or rights-infringing content
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
• You will not engage in spam, malware or other malicious activities affecting other users
• You will respect intellectual property rights

The Larigo platform, its infrastructure, designs and code are the intellectual property of Larigo Ltd. You are granted a limited license to use them for the duration of your subscription.

The rights to the content you upload to your website (texts, images, logos) belong to you. Larigo uses this content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

• Uptime: 99.9% uptime is targeted
• Support: 24/7 technical support (email and WhatsApp)
• Backup: Daily automatic backups
• Maintenance: Planned maintenance is announced in advance

Larigo may suspend or terminate your account in the following cases:

• Violation of the terms of use
• Non-payment (15 days from the due date)
• Publication of illegal content
• Activities that harm the system

Upon account termination, your data is retained for 30 days and is delivered to you upon request within this period. After 30 days, it is permanently deleted.

Larigo provides its services "as is". It accepts no liability for indirect damages that may arise due to technical failures, third-party service interruptions or force majeure events. Larigo's total liability cannot exceed the subscription fee paid in the last 12 months.

Larigo cannot be held responsible for any disruption to the service due to natural disasters, war, government decisions, internet infrastructure failures, cyber attacks and similar force majeure events.

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Significant changes are notified by email at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after an update means that you accept the new terms.

The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply to disputes arising from this agreement. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Antalya have jurisdiction over the resolution of disputes.
